PhpMyAdmin is the most popular way of accessing your databases, but if you prefer to use Heidi MySQL from your laptop/desktop computer then proceed as follows:
Login to your cpanel control center using the username and password you received in the welcome mail. Once logged in navigated to Databases>>>Remote MySQL and add your local IP address. If you don't know this you can get it from here: https://www.whatismyip.com/
Then on your laptop/desktop computer open up Heidi MySQL and enter the following info:
Network type: MySQL (TCP/IP).
Hostname / IP: Use your domain name or our servers IP address.
User: Your cPanel username or the database user you created.
Password: Your cPanel password or the password for the database user.
Port: 3306
Databases: Leave as Separated by Semicolon.
Startup Script: Leave it empty.
